Ricercatore in Sociologia Generale (SPS/07), da aprile 2017 è componente del Consiglio Direttivo dell’AIV Associazione Italiana di Valutazione (Segretario nazionale). Membro di LVD- Laboratorio di Valutazione Democratica e socia fondatrice dello spin off Digizen – Qualità nella ricerca e nella formazione del cittadino digitale.

Si interessa prevalentemente di approcci e metodi di ricerca valutativa e di analisi e valutazione delle politiche pubbliche.
 
Tra i temi di ricerca: metodi didattici innovativi e qualità della didattica, valutazione delle competenze, orientamento scolastico e alternanza scuola lavoro, customer satisfaction, positive thinking e apprendimento organizzativo, welfare e politiche sociali.

Researcher in Sociology (SPS/07), from April 2017 she is a member of the Board of Directors of the AIV Italian Evaluation Association (National Secretary). Member of LVD - Democratic Evaluation Laboratory and founding member of the spin off Digizen - Quality in the research and training of the digital citizen.

She is mainly interested in approaches and methods of evaluative research and analysis and evaluation of public policies in the social, educational and communicative fields.

Among the research topics: innovative teaching methods and quality of teaching, assessment of skills, school orientation and school-work alternance, customer satisfaction and assessment of organizational performance, positive thinking and organizational learning, welfare and social policies.
